Terms of Service

Terms governing use of the Paginor platform, including accounts, content ownership, current free access, future paid features, and refund terms.

Last updated: April 1, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

This platform provides tools for creating, editing, publishing, and reading interactive books. Features may include a visual block editor, interactive exercises, vocabulary tools, a paginated book reader, publishing tools, pricing controls, and PDF export.

Some features may be available for free today. We may add, remove, limit, or charge for features later as the service evolves.

3. Accounts

To create, publish, manage, or access certain parts of the platform, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for any activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.

4. Free Access and Future Paid Features

Paginor may currently offer some or all features without charge. That does not mean any feature, plan, or access level will remain free forever.

We may introduce paid subscriptions, one-time purchases, plan limits, usage caps, or other fees at any time. If we do, applicable pricing, billing terms, renewal terms, and any material purchase conditions will be presented before you are charged.

We may also change existing pricing, plan limits, feature access, or eligibility rules in the future. Continued use of the service after those changes take effect means you accept the updated terms, except where additional consent is required by law.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of the books, chapters, and other content you create on the platform. By uploading, storing, formatting, publishing, or otherwise making content available through the service, you grant us a non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, format, display, distribute, and make that content available as needed to operate the service.

If you publish a book, you grant us permission to display and distribute that content through the platform's library and reader experience, including any related previews, metadata, and exported representations we provide through the service.

You agree not to upload content that:

  • Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
  • Contains harmful, abusive, or illegal material
  • Violates the privacy rights of others
  • Contains malicious code or scripts

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the platform only for its intended purpose of creating and consuming educational content. You may not:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or other users' accounts
  • Use the platform to distribute spam or unsolicited content
  • Interfere with or disrupt the platform's infrastructure
  • Scrape, crawl, or otherwise automatically collect data from the platform

7. Intellectual Property

The platform itself, including its design, code, and branding, is our intellectual property. The educational content created by users belongs to the respective authors.

8. Availability and Service Changes

We strive to keep the platform available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, including free features, storage limits, publishing rules, pricing options, or paid offerings.

9. Purchases, Paid Content, and Billing

Paid creator subscriptions, paid books, or other paid features may be offered now or in the future. Access to paid content or paid functionality may depend on successful payment, account standing, plan eligibility, and continued availability of the service.

Unless we explicitly state otherwise at the time of purchase, we do not promise that any feature will remain available for free, that any paid offering will remain available indefinitely, or that hosted access to any book or purchase will continue forever without changes to the service.

10. Refunds, Cancellations, and Chargebacks

If paid subscriptions, paid books, or other paid features are offered through the service, payments may be processed by Paddle or another payment provider. Where Paddle is used, Paddle may act as merchant of record for the transaction and may handle certain order-related payment functions.

Creator subscriptions may renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel a subscription at any time through the billing portal or another method we make available. Unless we expressly state otherwise, cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, subscription fees already paid are non-refundable, and we do not guarantee prorated refunds for unused time.

Paid book purchases are one-time purchases of digital content. Once access to a paid book has been granted, the purchase is generally final and non-refundable except where required by law or where we determine that a refund is appropriate, such as for a duplicate purchase, an unauthorized transaction, a technical failure that prevents access, or content that is materially defective or not substantially as described.

To request a refund, contact us at datomaisuradze95@gmail.com and include your account email address, the date of purchase, the order or transaction ID, and a brief description of the issue. If a refund is approved, it will generally be returned to the original payment method.

If a payment is refunded, reversed, disputed, or charged back, we may suspend or remove access to the related paid book, subscription, or feature.

Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.

11. Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss of data, content, or damages arising from your use of the platform. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your content.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, misuse the service, create legal risk for us or others, or if continued access is no longer commercially or technically feasible. You may stop using the service at any time. Upon termination, we may remove or disable access to your content, account, or published books, subject to legal obligations and any rights that must continue under applicable law.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes may be communicated through the platform.
