Refund Policy

Paginor's refund and cancellation policy for teacher subscriptions.

1. Current Status

Paginor may currently be free during beta. This policy applies when paid teacher subscriptions or other Paginor-paid features are enabled.

2. Teacher Subscription Cancellations

Teacher subscriptions may renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal or another method we make available.

Unless we expressly state otherwise, cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

3. Student Access

Paginor does not process student payments to teachers and does not sell teacher books to students. Student access questions should be handled with the teacher who provided the access code.

4. When Refunds May Be Considered

  • Duplicate subscription charge
  • Unauthorized transaction
  • Technical failure that prevents use of paid teacher features
  • Other cases required by applicable law

5. How to Request a Refund

Contact datomaisuradze95@gmail.com with your account email, billing date, order or transaction ID if available, and a short description of the issue.

6. Approved Refunds and Chargebacks

Approved refunds are generally returned to the original payment method. If a payment is refunded, reversed, disputed, or charged back, access to the related subscription or paid feature may be removed.
