Refund Policy

Paginor's refund, cancellation, and chargeback policy for future creator subscriptions and one-time digital book purchases.

1. Current Status

Paginor may currently be free during beta. This policy applies when paid subscriptions, paid books, or other paid features are enabled.

2. Creator Subscription Cancellations

Creator subscriptions may renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal or another method we make available.

Unless we expressly state otherwise, cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

3. One-Time Digital Book Purchases

Paid book purchases are intended to be one-time purchases of digital content. Once access to a paid book has been granted, the purchase is generally final and non-refundable except where required by law or where a refund is appropriate.

4. When Refunds May Be Considered

  • Duplicate purchase
  • Unauthorized transaction
  • Technical failure that prevents access
  • Content that is materially defective or not substantially as described

5. How to Request a Refund

Contact datomaisuradze95@gmail.com with your account email, the purchase date, the order or transaction ID, and a short description of the issue.

6. Approved Refunds and Chargebacks

Approved refunds are generally returned to the original payment method. If a payment is refunded, reversed, disputed, or charged back, access to the related paid book, subscription, or feature may be removed.

7. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
