How Paginor collects, uses, and protects your data, including account data, published content, browser storage, and paid feature billing records when enabled.
Last updated: April 1, 2026
When you create an account, we collect account information such as your email address and any profile data made available through your selected sign-in method, including your display name and avatar if provided. If you use email sign-in, authentication data is handled by our authentication provider.
When you use the editor, we store the books, chapters, cover images, descriptions, pricing settings, and other content and metadata you create or upload.
We also store reading progress and exercise results locally on your device using browser storage such as IndexedDB and, when necessary, localStorage. That local progress data is not synced to our servers by default.
Our infrastructure and hosting providers may also process limited technical data such as IP address, browser and device details, and request metadata for security, reliability, and operational logging.
We use your information to:
When you publish a book, its title, author name, description, cover image, pricing label, and chapter content may become publicly accessible through the library or other public pages of the service. Unpublished books are intended to remain visible only to the account that owns them, subject to our security, infrastructure, and legal obligations.
Your account data and book content are stored using Supabase services, including PostgreSQL and Supabase Storage. Uploaded images such as book covers are stored in Supabase Storage. The application is deployed on Cloudflare infrastructure. Data sent between your browser and the service is transmitted over HTTPS.
Local progress and exercise data remains on your device unless you clear it from your browser.
We use the following third-party services:
Paid subscriptions, paid book purchases, or other billing features may not be enabled in every environment at all times. If billing is enabled, payment processing may be handled by Paddle or another third-party provider. That provider may process information needed to complete transactions, prevent fraud, handle refunds or disputes, and maintain billing records.
Some or all parts of the service may currently be offered without charge. We may introduce paid plans, subscriptions, paid content, usage limits, or other monetized features in the future. If we do, we may collect and use information needed to provide those offerings, including plan status, purchase status, refund or dispute status, and related billing records.
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. You can delete individual books and chapters at any time through the editor. Local progress data can be removed by clearing your browser storage. To request full account deletion or other privacy-related assistance, please contact us through the platform.
We use essential cookies to manage your authentication session. We also use browser storage needed for reading progress, exercise state, and similar product functionality. We do not use third-party advertising cookies in the current version of the service.
Because the current version of the service is not designed for cross-site behavioral advertising, we do not change our behavior in response to browser Do Not Track signals.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date.
